Great lot of 4 antique pocket watches with chains including a Waltham open face coin silver case with engraved back cover; intricate watch chain (not running); an American Waltham Co. open face screw backcase with gold inlaid elk on back removable mechanism cover (running at time of description) with beautiful slide watch chain; a Republic Watch Co. open face “silverode” case (not running) with fancymulti-colored enamel face and fancy watch chain, and a fancy gold filled key wind E. Howard and Co. case watch inscribed “W.R. Guthrie” on the inner mechanism cover (not running) with fancy engraving on outside ofcase and a watch chain with key; all very nice examples of early timepieces that were cherished by their owners; before the advent of the wristwatch and cell phone.
