Great antique large hand-made unmarked Bowie knife, approx. 14-1/2" overall with an 8-1/2" blade and copper riveted stag horn grips in overall good untouched condition; the blade shows a dark brown patina with scattered spots oferosion and slight pitting; simple iron cross guard that is loose; wide tang between the two halves of the stag grips that show classic wear. We would date this knife to the mid-1800s and has a great look. Est.: $300-$500.
