<B>William IV copper Penny 1831,</B></I> S-3845, scarce, as are all pennies of this ruler, glossy brown About Uncirculated, shimmering with residual brown luster, sharply struck overall with high rims and a pleasing portrait showing the king's hair with all its curls, and all the details of Britannia's small face, some light marks from normal circulation including one noticeable obverse edge mark. Catalogues just in XF grade in the 2007 Spink guidebook for £275 and leaps to £700 (nearly $1,500 at current exchange rate) in Unc. condition.
