<B>George III copper 1797 Proof Penny pair,</B></I> in an old, oval, exterior black-leather fitted case, intended to show both sides of the type at once, both S-3777 for type, as follows: Peck-1123 (very scarce), Choice Proof, dark brown with blue iridescent hues; together with Peck-1131 (very rare), bronzed, Choice Proof with beautiful surfaces, hues of blue iridescence. These are original Late Soho issues, not restrikes, and were evidently made at almost the same moment in time.
