By placing a bid or participating in this auction, you agree to all terms and conditions.
(1) Buyer's premium is 17.5% added to all lots.
(2) Payment is by check, money order, or wire transfer. No paypal or credit cards accepted.
(3) All coins guaranteed to be authentic with the following conditions. Coins in NGC, PCGS, ANACS holders are guaranteed authentic by the grading companies while all others are guaranteed authentic for up to 1 year from the auction date by Cosmos.
(4) Coins removed from any sealed holders or original mint sealed plastic are not returnable for any reason. They are considered sold if sealed holders or original mint plastic is damaged.
(5) In the event of a dispute, all parties agree to third party binding arbitration with the arbitor chosen by the auctioneer and using the laws of California. The buyer waives any right to a jury trial. Any damages not to exceed auction price value of the item purchased.
(6) All items sent by insured mail. Buyer to pay postage and insurance costs which will be added to the invoice. All losses to be paid by the insurance company after investigation completed.
(7) California sales tax will be added to invoices under $1500 that are delivered inside California.
(8) No warranty is given as to descriptions and conditions. You are advised to view the items before bidding. No returns allowed due to grading results or grade disputes.
(9) Lots will be sent after payment has cleared our bank. Title does not pass until paid in full.
(10) Payment is due upon receiving the invoice. Payments late over 14 days can result in some, or all lots cancelled.
