This is a second print, post-concert poster (printed post concert) from a December 1969 performance by the Grateful Dead, Humble Pie and the Flock, at the Fillmore West, San Francisco, California.
Art by David Singer in one of his more popular designs, with the disappearing face engulfed by "reds". The condition on this is a super Near Mint Plus!
Second and third prints (where available) are enjoying a resurgence among collectors as they provide a more reasonable price point than their now very pricey original cousins. These second prints were often printed within a year or two of the concerts, so they're only a slightly "newer" versions. They were printed from the original printing plates, so the quality is high and they frame up as well as the pre-concert versions.
