Original color 37.25 x 24.75 promoter's copy poster for a series of three canceled Grateful Dead concerts intended to be held at London’s Rainbow Theatre on September 28–30, 1978, which features a large green orb with twin snakes, roses, and spread wings against a large pyramid background, a design created by famed rock artist Alton Kelley that was initially used to promote the Dead’s legendary shows at the Giza pyramid complex in Giza, Egypt, on September 15 and 16, 1978. The lower portion of the poster features ticket and date information, as well as the Rainbow Theatre logo. Rolled and in very good condition, with overall creasing and some small tears to edges.
