Desirable original yellow 8.5 x 11 handbill for two Grateful Dead shows presented by Rocky's Mag at the Marigold Ballroom in Fresno, California, on May 12, 1967, with an image of the band, Egyptian theme borders, and interior text reading: "In the land of the dark, the ship of the sun is driven by the Grateful Dead," script which was originally prepared for the top of the band’s debut album cover and later stylized by artist Stanley Mouse to appear illegible. In fine condition.
