1). Mine headframe building that sits above the mine entrance. Meant to house hoisting machinery, personnel, and other materials. North Star mine shaft in Grass Valley, California. The photograph is 3.3 x 3.3 inches, the picture frame is 7 x 7 inches. Both the frame and photograph are in good condition.
2). Group photograph of the employees of the Massachusetts Hill Mine in Grass Valley, California. There are roughly 60+ individuals in the photograph, the picture was possibly taken by G.W. Miller. The photograph is 8 x 4.9 inches, the picture frame is 11.5 x 8.5 inches. Both the frame and the photograph are in good condition.
