Accompanied by one 5" x 2" slip of paper signed by a former Commander in Chief, and three sets of 5" x 3" index cards, with two sets of cards signed by former Commanders in Chief and one set signed "<I>Dr. Robert Tyler, Youngest Civil War Veteran, July - 1933 </B></I>".
