<B>Gothic Blimp Works #2 (East Village Other, 1969) Condition: VF/NM.</B></I> Robert Crumb's hilarious "horny old bum and teenage girl" cover has made this issue a particularly sought-after item by Underground collectors. It's definitely a hard one to beat, as is this remarkable copy. It's one of the few surviving copies to have never been folded, and the front cover has been very nicely preserved. There's also choice art inside, from Vaughn Bodé, S. Clay Wilson, Spain, and others, but oh, that cover! The only real signs of wear we could detect are on the edges of a few interior pages, and a tiny bit of paper loss on the outside corners, but for something this size, printed on cheap newsprint, it's pretty incredible to find a copy so nice.
