Obverse: laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right

Reverse: Nemesis standing left, holding scales, scepter, and ribbon; wheel at feet to left.

Not published in references I have access to. Ex Colosseum auction 1994.

The incredibly detailed old tag relates that Nemesis was the personification of retribution, the vengeance which overtook every wrong act. She punished crime, took luck away from the unworthy and tracked every wrong to its doer.
Her attributes includ the whel to indicate the speed of her punishments, a balance, a cubit rule, bridle, a yoke, rudder, a lash, sword and apple branch.
She was similar to Pax and Victory.
