Lot of 10 pieces of ephemera from the Yellow Pine Mining District. 1) Certificate issued to Joseph M. Perry for 1,000 shares of capital stock at $1 per, for the Yellow Pine Mining Company. It is signed by Fred Haley, secretary and J.F. Kirst, president and dated 20 June 1917. Good condition with some fold creasing. 2) Issued to Herman Smith, this certificate was drawn on the Oro Amigo Platino Mining Company for 1,000 shares at $1 per. It is signed by N.G. Camatshan, secretary and E. Kennedy, president, dated 17 June 1929. The certificate is in very nice condition, with some age yellowing and fold creasing. 3) Certificate for 1,000 shares at $1 of Oro Amigo Mining Company in the name of Robert C. Wente. It is signed by S.S. Lane, assistant secretary and C.M. Zion, vice president. It has two R234 R22 Carmine Rose 10 cent Revenue Stamps. The certificate is in very nice condition, with some age yellowing and fold creasing. 4) Issuance of 5,000 shares at 10 cents a share by the Goodsprings Mining & Milling Company to A. R. Frampton, dated 5 June 1937 and signed by James McCoy, secretary, and Henry Barron, president. Certificate shows slight fold creasing, but is in very nice condition. 5) Issuance of 22,000 shares at 10 cents a share by Alcove Mining Company, to R.H. Atwood and signed by J.G. Hassell, secretary and W.S. Bohannon, president, dated 16 November 1917 and is in good condition with some fold creasing and slight tearing. 6) Power of Attorney document for Joseph M. Perry, deceased by Fidelity-Philadelphia Trust, executor for Perry`s estate, dated 26 October 1934 and signed by W.H. Tingley. Good condition with fold creasing and slight tearing. 7) Cover with Yellow Pine Mining Company letter head and picture of the mine in the window. It is postmarked Goodsprings, NV, 14 June 1919 and in good condition, with some age yellowing. 8) Receipt for purchase of 32,000 shares of stock in Goodsprings Dividend Mining Co. made out to Wm. Hill of Boston by Broker J.J. Doran Co. Of Los Angeles. Dated 31 January 1917 and in fair condition. 9) A 1947 article from Nevada Magazine, profiling the town of Goodsprings. 10) Correspondence, outlining operational costs and financial records of The Goodsprings Dividend Mining Company. It is addressed to William Hill of Boston, sent by Frank O`Kelly. 9 pages, slight crease tearing, bound with a paperclip. - Maish Collection -58973
