Golden Records reprinted key Marvel issues like Fantastic Four #1, Journey Into Mystery #83, Avengers #4, and this one, The Amazing Spider-Man #1. These records were made to be played while some lucky kid read along with the narration and sound effects. Due to the inherent nature of this item, most of them are in low grade with scratched albums. We were lucky enough to get our hands on an unopened copy of this set still cloaked in the original plastic and in pristine condition. Don't let this one pass you by. Of the four records in the set, the Spider-Man is, by far, the most desirable. There are some very minor tears in the celophane, but the overall integrity is still intact. Overstreet 2003 NM 9.4 value (for an opened copy) = $240. Estimate: $500-up

<!--

 Previous Prices from Heritage Auctions

No Prior Data Recorded

<font face="arial" size="1""> PLEASE NOTE: All prices realized reflect the final hammer price PLUS the buyer's premium in auctions that charge a buyer's premium. On occasion eBay live bid software cannot keep up with the pace of the auctions where 4-5 lots per minute can hammer down, so we recommend that you place a realistic absentee bid now as insurance to avoid disappointment. Also please note that all Heritage/CAA lots purchased through eBay Live carry a 20% Buyer's Premium. Please make sure you read the Terms and Conditions.
