Shilaharas of Kolhapur (Feudatories of Chalukyas of Kalyana) (10-12 Century CE), Gold Fanam (U Shaped), Obv: three punches consisting of a Garuda running to the right in the exergue, Kannada letter "Ude" on the right arm and legend "Kara" on the left arm, Rev: uniface, 0.39g, 7.87x11.2mm, (Mitch. K&A # 249), about extremely fine, Very Rare.
Note: 'Udekara' most likely refers to the invocation of the goddess Mahalakshmi at Kolhapur.
