Two highly desirable books: a hardcover edition with dust jacket of Fabulous Redmen: The Carlisle Indians and Their Famous Football Teams, lengthily signed and inscribed on a free end page in fountain pen, “To John Marshall ‘Dan’ Boone, one of my Stanford boys, with best wishes and kindest regards, Glenn S. ‘Pop’ Warner”; and a hardcover edition of Football for Coaches & Players, signed on the first free end page in fountain pen, “Yours truly, Glenn S. Warner.” The ownership notation of Bucknell football coach Fiore Cesare is also penned on the front pastedown of Football for Coaches & Players. In overall very good condition, with various dings to covers, toning, soiling, and a few tears to the dust jacket of Fabulous Redmen. Accompanied by an unsigned hardcover edition of Football for Players and Coachers.
