Actress (1904–1971) who had supporting roles in most movies, but she's best remembered as the hard-boiled, fast-talking reporter Torchy Blane in the series of the same name. Lovely vintage glossy 8 x 10 Warner Bros. and Vitaphone publicity close-up photo of Farrell, signed and inscribed in-person in fountain pen “To Saul, Glenda Farrell.” Reverse of photo bears collector’s stamp date of March 10, 1937, the date the signature was acquired. In fine condition, with some scattered light creases.
