Bush, given to his son, Neil, nicknamed “Whit”. Here, there are three George Bush writing pens, three tie pins with the presidential seal, one tie bar with the presidential seal, a USA baseball cap signed “<I>George Bush</B></I>” where the crown meets the bill, and a personal Note Signed with envelope from the 41st president to Neil, on the president’s personal stationery. The note reads, in full: “<I>Dec. 31, 1999 Whit - Your speech at Bayards touched me heart. What a great son I have. I am so proud of you. Devotedly Dad</B></I>.” The envelope reads, also in George H. W. Bush’s hand: “<I>Personal Neil Scrapbook material! Dev.
