Full octagon barrel with a ramp front sight with windage adjustable pin head bead assembly. Integral quarter rib for barrel sight. Sling swivel on the bottom flat. Proofmarks and date of 4/31 on the bottom flat. The action is a Martini Stahl with a under lever takedown assembly. The left side has some floral vine engraving in gold and marked "SYSTEM STAHL". The right side has gold engraving and marked "PATENT NO. 4119." A tang sight is furnished that needs additional fitting and adjusting screw. Has a quick takedown double set trigger and action lever assembly. The buttstock is checkered straight grip with a Swiss style cheekpiece, sling swivel and casehardened iron buttplate. The forearm has a Schnabel tip and a wedge key lock.

Condition: Fine overall with 98% blue on the refinished barrel with some scattered minor oxidation. The action has 90% vivid casehardened color with some slight edge wear. The stock has excellent finish with some light handling marks and a few small heavy dings and very crisp checkering. The forearm is good with some oil staining and a slight crack. The barrel has been sleeved, maybe when proofed in "31". A high condition takedown Martini Stahl with a mint bore.
