Produced by Shafer and Vater, circa 1920, this gorgeous dresser or trinket jar features a lid with a lady, or perhaps a fairy, strumming her harp accompanied by a winged cherub - all in outstanding pink bas-relief on green bisque jasperware. The base is also adorned with pink bas-relief decorations. The markings on the bottom are to faded with age to be legible. Measuring about 2 inches tall x 3 1/2 inches across with both the lid and jar of this superb vanity or powder jar in excellent condition.
