In part: “As you so well pointed out we must have a change in attitude, a change in leadership, and a change in Administration. President Johnson’s announcement does not give the American people an opportunity to make a very clear and distinct decision on November 5. They will be able to chose [sic] between two principal candidates neither one of whom has been administering the government during the past few years.” In fine condition, with light crease at the top left side, fold through part of the signature, and a few wrinkles.
