Signers include: Gerald Ford, Bob Dole, Frances P. Bolton, Ed Derwinski, Thaddeus J. Dulski, Richard Fulton, Edward Gurney, Henry Helstoski, Tom Kleppe, Clarence Miller, Sonny Montgomery, Rogers C. B. Morton, Earl Ruth, Robert T. Stafford, Jerry Waldie, Charles W. Whalen, Jr., Richard White, and two others. Scattered creasing, soiling, and a rusty paperclip impression at the left side touching the start of Bolton’s name, otherwise fine condition.
