Attestation of the Head of one of the Departments of the Political Headquarters of the Odessa Military District, Nikifor Ulyanovich Plokhotnyuk. Signed on the back in red ink by Zhukov. Uniform toning, expected stamps and notations, and marginal binding holes to left edge, otherwise fine condition.
