Signed on the reverse in purple ink by Zhukov as Head of the Odessa Military District, Marshal of the Soviet Union. In very good condition, with a vertical fold along the left edge with scattered staple marks, uniform toning, ink and pencil notations, multiple government stamps, and show-through from writing on the reverse.
