Courtier and author who served as a maid of honor to Queen Victoria (1822–1905). Two signed photos: one original 4.25 x 6.5 cabinet photo of Georgiana Bloomfield by Arthur Debenham of Ryde, signed on the reverse in black ink, “Georgiana Bloomfield, May 18, 1899”; and one 4.25 x 6.5 cabinet photo of her husband by Debenham, signed on the reverse in black ink, “In memory of John Arthur Douglas, 2d Baron Bloomfield, born Nov’r 12, 1802, died August 17, 1879, G. Bloomfield.” A small tear to the left border of the photo of John Bloomfield, otherwise overall fine condition.
