Fragment of a ship’s paper issued to “the Ship Henry,” signed in the center by President Washington and countersigned by Secretary of State Edmund Randolph, as well as a deputy collector and a notary. The white paper seal affixed to the left side remains intact but cracked. Impressively mounted and framed to an overall size of 27 x 22.
