George IV - yellow metal (tests as gold) memorial ring with a rectangular panel to the front (hair deficient and enamel chipped). Engraving to the back of the head reads "C.F. Tolkien Obt. 30 Dec 1821 at 27". Engraving to shank reads "J.C.B. Tolkien Obt. 20 Oct 1821 at 10 mths."
