<B>George II gold 5 Guineas, 1729 E.I.C. hallmark.</B></I> Young laureate head. S-3664. "TERTIO" edge. Lustrous AU and just beautiful except for a removed mount on the edge above the king's head. Too bad, for this is otherwise an unusually fine example. Made from ore provided by the East India company, hence the hallmark beneath the king's bust.
