Knox McConnell, West Virginia Finance Chairman, with a central horizontal fold, else fine. It reads in part: "Thank you for sending me the copy of your letter to Fred Bush concerning George W.'s recent trip to West Virginia. I am glad it went well; I am proud of the job George is doing. We Bushes also appreciate your hospitality and great support." Presumably this letter concerns George W. Bush's efforts at working on his father's presidential campaign.
