Unusual set of photocopied lyrics which were originally written by Harrison and have been subsequently hand-corrected by him in blue felt tip, one page, 8.25 x 11.75, for the song 'Wrack My Brain,' which appeared on Ringo Starr's 1981 album Stop and Smell the Roses. The most substantial addition comes at the very end, where Harrison writes: "Till my head is filled with pain—wrack my brain." Smaller changes include: on line 3, George has added the word "I'm" so the lyric reads, 'All dried up I'm all dried up'; on line 4, George has omitted the word "it's" so the lyric reads, 'All I have's this empty cup all dried up'; on line 10, George has omitted the word "I" so the lyric reads, 'Wrack my brain'; on line 13, George has omitted "Of" so the lyric reads, 'Coming up with something you'd enjoy'; on line 15, George has omitted the word "But" and overwritten the letter "A," so the lyric reads, 'All the same—I play the game'; and in the final line, George has overwritten the letter "W" and added a semicolon, making the lyric read, 'While I slowly go insane; wrack my br[ain]." Inherent to the photocopy are a note from Ringo, "A Big Yes from R.S.," and a Harrison signature. In fine condition, with an old piece of masking tape along the top edge. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks.
