Moore,” one page, 4.5 x 7, February 6, 1863. Letter to James A. Seddon in Richmond. In full: “I should feel much obliged to you if you could let me have a Pass to City Point for the next Flag of Truce Boat, in favor of Lieutenant Samuel Pulley R. N. of England, going to Washington with Dispatches for Lord Lyons.” Reverse of second integral page bears several endorsements and docketing notations. In fine condition, with intersecting folds.
