Pearl, New-York. 10.5" x 9.25"; scale: 1 inch = approximately 220 miles; lower left-Lith. of G. W. Lewis, cor. Beekman & Nassau St. N.Y. The map is in excellent condition, with good color retention. Light chipping at spinal extremities, corners gently bumped, occasional mild foxing and browning. Overall very good to near fine.
