Octavo. 464 pages with four pages of publisher's ads at end. <BR><BR>Original pebbled brown cloth with stamped "<I>H&B</B></I>" on both covers. Spine bears blindstamped bands, with gilt lettering. Skewed spine with minor wear to spine ends and corner tips. Mild foxing throughout; small tear to initial flyleaf.
