Satin-finish 15.5 x 19.5 photo of a young Bush in his Yale baseball uniform meeting Babe Ruth prior to a game, signed in black felt tip. Matted and framed to an overall size of 22 x 26. In fine condition, with a PSA/DNA authentication label affixed to lower corner. In 1948, during the home game against Princeton University, Bush got a chance to meet one of his baseball heroes, Babe Ruth. In one of his last public appearances before his death that year, Babe Ruth presented Bush, then the team captain, with the manuscript of his autobiography, which he was donating to Yale. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
