Uncommon program for the second 1992 Presidential Debate, held at the University of Richmond on October 15, 7 x 10, signed in ballpoint on the title page by George Bush, Bill Clinton, and Barbara Bush. Also bears a presentation inscription on the preceding page by L. Douglas Wilder, then-governor of Virginia. In overall fine condition, with scattered light creases to covers. This was the first-ever presidential debate conducted in a ‘town hall’ format, and the 1992 series of debates was also unusual in that three candidates were invited, with Ross Perot joining Bush and Clinton on the nationally televised stage.
