Originally published in 1896 under the pseudonym Louis de Conte, the book meant a great deal to Samuel Clemens, who felt it would not be taken seriously if attributed to his Mark Twain pseudonym. On occasion eBay live bid software cannot keep up with the pace of the auctions where 4-5 lots per minute can hammer down, so we recommend that you place a realistic absentee bid now as insurance to avoid disappointment. Also please note that all Heritage/CAA lots purchased through eBay Live carry a 20% Buyer's Premium. Please make sure you read the Terms and Conditions.
