<B>George Barris Voxmobile Photos.</B></I> Vox musical instruments approached George Barris in the '60s about building them a custom roadster that would function both as a car and as a mobile amplifier, designed to be used for promotional purposes. The result was the Voxmobile, a vehicle with a Vox guitar silhouette that served as a functioning amp that could support up to 32 guitars, and also featured a working Vox organ in the rear deck. These six b&w 8" x 10" photos (two have been trimmed down) feature some great shots of the car, including one taken during the construction phase.
