<B>George Barris "Surf Woody" Design Sketch.</B></I> A classic Barris design, the "Surf Woody" was a worldwide sensation when it made its debut in 1965 during the peak of surf culture. This 20" x 15" pencil-and-watercolor sketch on drawing paper features an early design of the car, drawn by one of Barris' design artists circa 1964. The sketch features a "Barris Kustom City" stamp in the lower right corner, and is in Fine to Very Fine condition with mild wear, soiling, wrinkling, and toning.
