General George S. Patton Autograph Letter Signed: "George", three pages, 5.5" x 6.75", West Point, November 4, 1906. An affectionate letter written to "Papa", with a great bold signature at the end. A long, personal letter in which the West Point senior writes about his studies, horseback riding, and his social life. (Apparently he was rather socially naive). He writes: "I danced with a Miss Harriman from N.Y. She was very nice, don't you know some people named that in N.Y.?" Of course, the Harrimans were among the wealthiest and socially prominent families in the city. Very fine condition.
