<B>General Fulgencio Batista, President of Cuba, Document Signed,</B></I> one page typed, 8" x 12.75", Havana, August 6, 1952, in Spanish. With a nice embossed paper seal of the Republic of Cuba. Light browning, folds and an uneven left and top edge where it was removed from a binding, else near fine. Batista was the <I>de facto</B></I> military leader of Cuba from 1933 to 1940, and the President of Cuba from 1940 to 1944. Batista staged a successful coup in March 1952.
