Official NASA manual belonging to Flight Director Gene Kranz entitled "Postlaunch Memorandum Report for Mercury-Atlas No. 7 (MA-7), Part I–Mission Analysis," signed on the front cover in black felt tip, "From my mission files, Eugene F. Kranz." The front cover, which is also signed by Aurora 7 Pilot Scott Carpenter, features a Manned Spacecraft Center Library stamp and an "Unclassifed" stamp dated February 28, 1973. The manual, issued as copy No. 204 of 225, approximately 300 pages, 8 x 10.5, dated June 15, 1962, contains nine sections—Introduction; Mission Summary; Lift-Off Configuration Description; Events, Trajectory, and Guidance; Spacecraft Performance; Launch Vehicle Performance; Pilot Activities; Flight Control and Network Performance; and Recovery—three appendices, and a total of 21 tables and 60 figures, which includes: MA-7 Launch configuration at lift-off; MA-7 Axis diagram; Ground track for the MA-7 orbital mission; Zero-gravity experiment; Atlas launch-vehicle hydraulic diagram, and more. In very good condition, with obvious signs of use, and the front cover detached but present.
