Voluminous details include itemization of expenses, list of guests (Frank Sinatra was toastmaster), memos, an agency-prepared biography and resume for Kelly, order of acts and speakers, drafts of invitation letters, tickets, a layout of the Beverly Hilton ballroom and the seating chart, telegrams, photocopies of a letter from the White House in which President Reagan expresses congratulations, and much more. One of many interesting notations indicates that Fred Astaire was invited, but declined.
