Signed on the front cover in black felt tip by Jack Swigert, and in ballpoint by Gene Cernan, Ron Evans, and Deke Slayton. In fine condition, with some scattered light soiling to front cover, and portions of Swigert’s signature just a shade light, but completely legible.
