Original invitation to the Gemini Program farewell celebration, hosted by NASA. Event scheduled for 2 December 1966 in Galveston, Texas is entitled ''The Final Gemini Rendezvous'' and promises ''Dance and Champagne Breakfast''. The 7'' x 4.75'' invitation features two embossed Gemini spacecraft designs and the blue and gold Gemini insignia. Invitation is not addressed to a specific person. Light toning, else near fine.
