Gemini 4 Mission Archive, 1965
Gemini 4 Mission Archive. Gemini 4 was a 1965 manned space flight by James McDivitt and Edward White to show that it was possible for humans to remain in space for the length of time required to fly the moon and back. And although not originally scheduled for this mission, Gemini 4 would also see the first ever American Extra-vehicular activity (space walk). Included here is a collection of official NASA data on the Gemini 4 mission, including the Mission Report and a file folder containing miscellaneous Gemini 4 preflight and medical information belonging to Dr. Coons, with a transcript of a medical debriefing between a NASA doctor and the two mission pilots. Also included with this lot is a black and white 8" x 10" photo of Dr. Coons, as well as an official one page NASA biography of him. All items in this assortment are in excellent condition. From the estate of Dr. D.
