Howard wrote a series in <B>Weird Tales</B></I> about a wandering Puritan named Solomon Kane. The deluxe 1998 Wandering Star edition is heavily illustrated by Gary Gianni, whose striking imagery is influenced by Golden Age illustrators. This illustration accompanied Howard's story "The Hills of the Dead." The image area measures 4.25" x 9.25".
