<B>Garfield & Arthur: Framed Jugate Bandana.</B></I> This is a jugate bandana from the 1880 campaign of James Garfield and Chester A. Arthur, the Republican candidate for President and Vice President of the United States. It measures 21” x 19” and is framed professionally in a very old frame. It has no tears or rips and the reds are quite bright, as these tend to come somewhat faded. There are some light aging spots to the fabric in the white ovals around their head, which is common with 125 year old textiles.
