Gandhi, 1967, Private First Day Cover, Sketch of Gandhi and a British Man with QUIT INDIA, Gandhi is seen warning to a British man. Quit India 15 Paise stamp tied, cancellation seal of ‘BHARAT CHHODO (in Nagari) QUIT INDIA | MADRAS | 1-10-67” applied on stamp and back of the cover. Cover commemorates the Silver Jubilee of the Quit India Movement by a Fervent Philatelist. 3 autographs are seen on the front, one is of D.H. Rao (he was a senior philatelist from Madras who also chaired the Presidentship of the Madras Coin Society).
