ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This platinum ring features a rare, GIA certified, oval-cut, pink-purple sapphire that has not been enhanced by any heat treatment methods.* The prong-set, unheated, pink-purple sapphire is surrounded by a glistening, tiered diamond halo that seamlessly flows into the linear diamond shoulders of staggered height, providing dimensional appeal. The gemstones are supported with an under gallery and the diamond shoulders taper to an approximate 2.6mm polished shank. The Oscar Friedman hallmark is found inside the shank.

Please inquire about sizing, if needed and allow an additional 10 days for shipping if we resize it.
*Less than 1% of sapphires mined are of gem quality without treatment. Natural untreated sapphires are far more uncommon and valuable than treated and chemically altered stones.
The Kashmir sapphires are characterized by their brilliant purplish-pink color, which is caused by the presence of trace amounts of chromium and iron.
