Brightly-colored and painted by an unidentified Hasbro staff artist, the large figure on the front of the box was obviously rendered on another piece of board and glued onto the yellow background, giving this an interesting dimensional field. The side panels feature such sets as "Paratrooper," "Dress Parade," "Beachhead," and "Command Post." In excellent condition overall, the artwork is missing from the top panel, with glue stains evident where it was originally pasted down. Box stands 13" tall by 3.5" wide, and is ready, willing, and able to join your outfit. <I>From the personal collection of Don Levine, creator of GI Joe.</B></I> <B>Estimate: $35,000-up</B> </FONT></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE><BR><!--<a name="PricesRealized"></a> <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" bgcolor="#000000"> <tr> <td width="100%"> <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="3"> <tr> <td width="100%" bgcolor="#79735C"> <a name="PR"> <font face="arial" size="3" color="#FFFFFF"> <b>Previous Prices from Heritage Auctions</b> </td> </tr> <tr> <td bgcolor="#F6F6ED"> No Prior Data Recorded </td> </tr> <tr> <td bgcolor="#FFFFFF"> <font face="arial" size="1""> PLEASE NOTE: All prices realized reflect the final hammer price PLUS the buyer's premium in auctions that charge a buyer's premium.
